Welcome to the registration page for ACEFA 2026
Volunteers who submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) to attend as a Sponsored delegate should now have been notified of the outcome of the application. If you did not receive notification of your EOI, please email our Conference Managers via register.acefaconference@arinexgroup.com who can look into the status of your application. Any VIPs, Speakers, Event Staff or Complimentary attendees will be contacted directly with the relevant promo code for registration.

All additional persons wishing to attend the ACEFA Conference can now register for paid attendance to the conference.
All persons attending the conference must complete an online registration form. Please read the below information before you complete the online registration form. Registration confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with confirmation attaching a tax invoice and receipt. If your email does not come through to your inbox, please check your junk mail settings. Your registration will only be confirmed upon full payment of fees.
Name badge
Each delegate will receive a name badge when they check in at the registration desk. The badge will be your official pass to obtain entry to all sessions and social functions. You are responsible for having your badge clearly visible at all times and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behavior from delegates and reserve the right to revoke the name badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Credit/Debit Card
The preferred payment method is credit/debit card. Accepted credit/debit cards are Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept Diners or AMEX. Please note all transactions will appear on your statement as ‘Australian Society of Anaesthetists’

Registration
Cancellations before Thursday, 21 May 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Social Functions
Payments are non-refundable as at Friday, 22 May 2026.
Tours/Workshops
Payments are non-refundable as at Friday, 22 May 2026.
Disclaimer
This information is correct at the time of publishing. The Conference Managers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Recordings/Copyright
The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
Event Code of Conduct
The Conference Managers of ACEFA 2026 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
