The ACEFA 2026 Welcome Reception is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, meet new peers from across the sector, and officially kick off the conference in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Theme: Heroes & Villains – From the Big Screen
Dress Code: Dress to the theme and bring your favourite big-screen character to life, or opt for smart casual or cocktail attire if costumes aren’t your style.

Join us for the ACEFA 2026 Conference Dinner, an unmissable evening of entertainment, great company, and plenty of laughter.

Held in the Grand Ballroom, the conference dinner invites delegates to embrace the playful Heroes & Villains theme.

Come dressed as your favourite hero or villain from the big screen. Tip from our RFS hero Smokey: To keep things fun and inclusive, please choose fictional movie characters only and avoid real-life or potentially controversial figures.
